what other books or authors do you guys read besides rich dad poor dad? do you recommend any authors like dave ramsey, or others?? i'm just looking for some good books. thanks steve

I recommend Dave Ramsey for the most part. It's just that he's a little off balance b/c he sees ALL debt as bad. I agree with Rich Dad that some debt (i.e. debt that pays for itself & creates assets) is good debt.

But other than that, Ransey kicks butt! He's the guy who got us started on the road to reform first - before even Kiyosoki!

If you asking for strictly financial recommendations, that's about all I've got.

In other topics, I'd highly recommend the following:

- BUY IT, FIX IT, SELL IT, PROFIT! by Kevin C. Myers
- HOW TO OUTNEGOTIATE ANYONE (EVEN A CAR DEALER!) by Leo Reilly

Obviously you're not going to get as much info as an expensive course from Bronchick or something, but still very much worth the money for me!
