I just came back from the skunkiest house on the face of the earth (Nazis could have used it as a gas chamber in World War Two, because you pass out in 15 minutes if you close the doors), and my clothes still stink.
It's a combination of tons of hundred year old stale junk and pet urine. The price is right except I don't know if I can get rid of the smell. I can Kilz the walls but I am sure that the smell is impregnated in the floors and everything else.
If any of you guys have experience with this kind of problem, I would appreciate your advice.

I bought a house years ago like this... I have seen old garages where they repair engines much cleaner... owner had lived there 15 years and never cleaned anything. TSP would not clean the walls to prep for paint. I finally painted the COMPLETE HOUSE (including doorknobs, mirrors, .... it took 25 gallons for this 900 sf house. But I sold it in a week and made 6K. (Bought for 7, sold for 13)

Will: Our REIA group has a product they sell for that. It's called Odor-X-it and it works great when diluted with a water and a little detergent. I have also purchased a product from Sam's Club that does a decent job and it's called Odo-ban.
Good luck with your stink hole.

What William reconmended works wonders, But make sure you throw out everything that can be inbolted. Use the deodorizer then 15 to 20 gallons of the oil based kiltz. I can ge trid of the odors quicker than the fleas.
