After months of spinning my wheels, the time has come to turn on the radar. It's May 1st, & my goal is to either have wholesale/flipped a house, or to have one under contract to do so by the end of this month....period! For those interested, I'll keep you abreast of how things play out from a week to week basis. Today I'm driving into my target areas(not the city where I reside) to attempt to locate some homeowners on some houses that I did the research on, & want to see if there's motivation to sell. If so, time to do some quick rehab estimating, & then making some offers. Thanks to everyone for all your help, & guidance, & have a wonderful day!
