Checked out 15 that I had from the foreclosure files this weekend. Out of those, 2 looked good for purchase then wrap. People have moved out...I need to find them before foreclosure to assume the VA. Any suggestions on tracking people down?

After the Post Office quit giving out forwarding addresses, we found a way to use their "own" system to get the same information.
TIP:
If the past occupants have moved and they have their mail forwarded, simply send them a letter with the following printed BODLY across the front:

DO NOT FORWARD
ADDRESS CORRECTION REQUESTED

** you must use a valid Return address.

The US Post Office will return the mail to you with the NEW address!! All for 33 cents!!

This is great in locating debtors, previous owners, etc..
