Tommorow I have 25 houses lined up to go visit....16 are VA repo's off the list, but 9 are ones that I targeted from the courthouse. These are people with less than 5K equity that are about 1 month away from foreclosure.
Benefits to them:
1)Can't sell because they don't have enough equity to even pay a standard RE commission.
2)If they stay, they will end up with a Final Judgement against them and a foreclosure in their credit.
3)They could even walk with some cash!
4)I'm one heck of a nice guy to deal with! LOL
I'm very excited. I'll let you know how it goes. Isn't it great to have a job where you are excited about working Saturday?
