Hello All! Thanks to Dealmaker's email to me on another discussion forum I was led to this one. So Thank you Dealmaker! This is my first post and I am ready to begin making written offers. I have looked into purchasing a contract package from Burley and it has come to my recent attention that Bill Bronchick has a package as well. Can anyone provide any recommendations on either of these packages and also I should let you know I am going to start out flipping properties through assignment of contract. Thank you in advance and I love this Cafe!!!!

When it comes to documentation and protection. Bronchick's courses are the best.

Sounds like Bronchick's flipping course would be just what you need.

Assignments are great if you are only gong to make a few thousand on the flip - but anything more than that you should really consider doing a simultaneous closing. Then your buyer has no idea how much you are making on the deal and your seller has no idea that you immediately resold the property.

I personally prefer William Bronchick's material, including his contracts etc.
