When taking title subject to I am aware of all the documents needed to sign and notorize, but I need an example of a letter to the insurance company.

Can this be found here or on the net anywhere.

I'd appreciate it fellas.

I don't send a letter.. however, some do. The insurane issue can be handled several different ways.

If you plan on send them a letter, just write it out as if you were sending one to your agent. Don't make this too hard..I've never written one but it's got to be easy.
