I was wondering how you all make sure that the seller is paying his underlying loan??? Have you had success with third party servicing companies? Do you just call the lender to make sure? What has worked the best for you??

Thanks for the great replies everyone.... I guess I just thought that If I was going to buy on CFD I would probably have to do some convincing for me to pay the lender directly...I guess its all about control, and that is exactly what I want!

And yes Michael...I live in Northern Mass.

We always pay the lender directly. NEVER rely on the seller to do anything for you. ALWAYS mantain control in every aspect of your business.

Go thru an escrow co. if you are buying on CFD. I dont think that any of these guys pay the seller. That is Risky!
It is a nominal fee for them to disperse the payment for you.
