"HOW TO SUBJECT TO???" , Wed 7 Feb 10:33 post reply

I do L/O and Land Contracts all the time.
I've been offered a FREE house, just take it!
What exactly must I do to properly acquire the house "SUBJECT TO"?
What forms/contracts etc.
If anyone has the paperwork to share I would appreciate it.
Thank you and God Bless

TommyJ

you definitely need to get your hands on "Cash Cow" that courses explains it all. it's easy to understand and it gives you all the information and documents you need to protect you and your deal. CASH COW is best course I have ever purchased and I have a ton of them. - Steve

Subject-to is by far the best way to get a house but it is something you need to learn via a course. We can tell you how in sequence but there are some issues that you must determine how to handle before procceeding. I personally don't like to recommend courses 'cause you guys may think that I pushing you to buy it from us.. but you do need Cash Cow by Bronchick. Buy it elsewhere if you like (but you'll pay more)

But we highly recommend that course for ALL new investors.
