Hello movers and shakers!
I am taking a property subject to and having it deded to a land trust. First question, how do you go about getting the forms that require both you and the sellers signature notarized? (Assignment of Beneficial interrest) Seller is in another state and I will be sending the docs. Second I have all these docs prepared. Am I missing any?
1. Trust Agreement
2. Deed from Seller to trust
3. Assignment of Beneficial Interrest
4. Authorization to release info signed by seller.
5. Due on Sale disclosure
6. A letter telling him that he needs to change insurance to Landlord policy naming Trust as additional insured
Should I send a purchase agreement also if we have already agreed to the terms of the deal?
Again, as always, thanks for your input. I need to get through this first Land Trust.

Power of Attorney

Have a notary sign for the Sellers' sig; then have another notary in your state for your signature.
