Hello All,
I was sitting in my car outside of the grocery store, when I saw a big bench, that said advertise here! I would guess that about 300 people a day goes by that bench....Has anyone tried this? I called the number and got a busy signal, I'm going to follow-up on it, to get all of the information.
I was even thinking of buying those benches from Lowe's or Home Depot(they cost about $150 and another $50 for a sign painter..approx) and have my message put on them and *let* certain stores put them in front of their stores. I think that dollar stores, grocery stores, rent-to-own stores......well ya'll get the idea.

Dee,

I saw a post from Joe Kaiser once about this. He said he tried it once and and never got a call off of it. He said it used to really burn him to ride by one of the benches that had his ad on it and with out fail some guy would be sitting right in front of his phone number. LOL

How did everything turn out with the "subject to" deal?

Hope all is well with you!

Hi William,
The *subject to* is going great, I will take possession on Jan.1 after they pay their Jan. rent....Still reading and re-reading about the trusts....it's getting clearer. Thanks for all of the help.
Everyone is probably right about the bench, just a thought. That's why it's great to ask if someone has already done it and the outcome.
Merry Christmas

Hi Dee,

I have considered this. I believe it would only be effective if you use the whole area for yourself. Those tiny ads hardly get noticed but the whole surface for you alone would probably be effective. Good idea!
