Are YOU too thin?????

There are several new investors that I've been speaking too that are TOO THIN!! No, it's NOT you AL!!

They haven't done a deal in most cases and in others they may have done one or two deals. However, they are spreading themselves too thin.

In other words, they spending TOO much TIME on other areas that are NOT producing income and they WONDER why they can't find any good real estate deals.

- Some are involved in MLM's. Anyone in a MLM has gote to know if they have ANY friends those are true friends! :

- Some are trying to be mortgage brokers, note brokers, and everything else to do with real estate.. not good.

Okay, okay you're saying but Dealmaker that may help them in the RE biz..

True.. True.. IF THEY WERE MAKING MONEY but they're not!!

The point behind this tyrand is FOCUS on ONE or TWO aspects of RE until you conquer it!!!!!

Focus your time and do what YOU want to do!! Do not try to do it all!! It will not happen!!

Paying the price

In order to have ANYTHING, it is going to cost something. It is going to COST something at the expense of something else in your life. You have to give up TV at night if you want to learn Spanish in 3 weeks. You have to give up sleeping on Saturdays if you want a beautiful yard. You have to start eating right and exercising if you WANT to be in good shape.

You have to quit, drop, eliminate some things to HAVE & DO other things.

Some new investors do NOT WANT to Pay the Price!! They expect it to land safely in their lap.

Sorry but it ain't going to happen........... Check please, we're finished here..
