Don't know if this is off-topic, but did you ever consider having us join and become members of dealmakers. then compile a library of materials that could be rented for like 30 days. we could contribute our own materials and this would give everyone greater resources to draw from. i would have say there would have to be some restrictions on this plan. i would think that the number of members would have to be restricted and qualified as well. just a thought. - Steve
