what should i repeat weekly as part of my goal to become a fulltime investor? is there any to-do items I should do weekly??

Okay, I'll be more specific. Many investors, including myself, sometimes lose site of the most important part of this business which is
"Marketing and Making offers"
. It's easy to get wrapped up in other things, especially when you have several properties and a lot going on, but if you quit marketing and making offers your business quickly goes away.
Put together a written marketing plan which will include the things that you want to accomplish on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Fire up your marketing program and make lots of written offers.
