I just wanted to post that the deal with Austin Mortgage that my T/Ber was having a hard time with-closed today. Finally, it was rough in some spots. The advice I got here helped tremendously in getting him a better deal. He decided to go with them even after the initial scare of the $5K to close on a $31,400.00 house. They came down to closing including appriasial, survey to $3,300.00. He was happy and I'm soooooo relieved that's it's over.
On to the next!
