Hello Dealmakers!!

How about a DEALMAKERSCAFE Conference in July or August??

If anyone is interested, let us know what city or country would be a favorite. Austin, Tx - San Juan, PR - Cancun, Mx - etc...

We would NOT have "back-of-the-room" sales or ANY gurus. We would have 3 to 5 fulltime investors that I know are the best at what they do.

At least 3 to 4 days would be necessary. The details will still need to be worked out.

I would like to keep the group small so we could work real closely with everyone. The main objective would be to exchange techniques, strategies, and ideas; not to make money.

Let me know what month would be better and if anyone is interested at all.

Deal me in!!! Sounds wonderful. If your staying in Texas, one of the hubs is great, DFW, Austin, San Antonia, Houston. But we all know that it's hotter than he!! at that time.
Are we planning this for the family also or just for real estate, that will have a lot to do with the location.

Ooops, my bad, I thought everyone lived in Texas ( you dont , why not) It is just north of San Antonio. In New Braunsfels.
It has an excellant water park. Ride the innertubes, slides, wade in the pool, relax.Could even have a meeting , in the pool, its huge.

We are located all over the country.. We're thinking a little more tropical than Texas. Hey, it's a TAX deduction so let's kick it up a knotch and head to some resort!!

BTW, Bassman, do you have a personalized License Plate like Kramer wanted on Sienfeld?? Remember the espisode where he wanted the License Plate similiar to your name? GREAT episode!!

I squeeze one by her every once in awhile, when she is out of state somewhere.

Besides , I learned from the best anyway, her. Im just not as quick as her.
