We have our first closing at a title company today. I bought the house split funded a couple of months ago and should be selling it today to a guy who has qualified FHA. Talk about a nightmare. FHA has been so difficult so far. Ah well, another dozen or so lessons learned on this one.

We'll see what happens. I am SO NERVOUS !!! So much has gone wrong so far; no telling what could happen today. Bottom line is that we've done all that we can and it is out of our hands at this point.

If it all goes through, we should walk out with a final check for about $10,000 profit. That would be nice for us newbies, struggling along, trying to slowly build our mini-empire. HA!
