i want to thank you all for your advice.sorry i havent called anyone or responded back in the last few days.i havent had a chance to get online.ive been at a two day forclosure seminar which was awsome!i will make my calls today.thanks!

Hi Joe,

Tell us a little about your seminar. I attended a half day event today in Homewood Illinois on Forclosure.

The best part of the seminar was the practice. We looked at the proformas of some properties and were asked to be bidders at auction. It was a helpful simulation.



Fellow Dealmakers...

...you may have NO idea how much we've been learning. I was at the event and there wasn't a PERSON in the room who seemed to really get the fundamental issue we're learning here. People were so unable to see the fundamental facts of a deal and even evaluate a great deal from a very poor one...much less a thin or marginal deal from a slightly prefered one.

The case studies we learn here are awesome.
