Hey Group,
I'm posting this after reading and responding to Joe's post.

So, how can we fine tune ourselves into a top fuel real estate machine? That should be our focus.

If a few people (everyone) would post their daily RE schedule we would all benefit by being able to compare it with what we're doing.

I want to get to the heart of why or what is keeping many people from doing deals.

Are you on the computer when you should be calling ads? Are you driving around looking for flips when you could be using your time differently? I don't know... Seeing another person's schedule will let you see what you need to do,what your not doing, or what you never want to do.

Roughly, this was mine yesterday:
6:00 wake up

7:00 fill out planner, eat, organize day, filled out post cards to FSBO's.

8:00 - 10:45 Pass out yellow flyers and mailed post cards.

11:30 - 4:45 take calls, eat, talk w/ loan officer b/c we're selling a house FHA, went to house to show buyer what he needed to fix by the 20th so we can close.

5:30 - 6:30 ate out

7:00 - 10:00 read, watched TV, talked on phone (non-RE)

Feedback?
Criticisms?
Support?

Post it.
Al

Today I read through half of Joe Kaiser's book and took two calls from unmotivated sellers.

My advice is not to do what I do if you want to be successful :)

Doug,
Perfect. The idea is to see how you stack up and change what your doing to fit your situation. Fine, you didn't have a good day and no one should do what you did today.

Does having that brought to your attention make you want to do more or change? By posting your ahead.

The hardest thing for me is to realize that I havn't been on track, the worst thing is to do nothing about it.

Lets see some other posts.
Al
