Just thought I'd bring you all up to speed on what's going on here in Waterloo.

I've located a good RE lawyer that knows L/Os and is familiar with simultaneous closings. She suggested I ad a couple extra clauses to my contract. No big deal.

Meanwhile, the one good lead on a house...the seller is playing hard to get this weekend :) Obviously he's hoping I'll improve my offer, but that isn't going to happen. We'll see Monday, I think he'll sign.

I haven't even got the house yet but 3 potential buyers have already popped up!

I will let you guys know if I have my first deal nailed down, by later next week, keep your fingers-crossed :)
