I don't know how many of you read my last post, but I called today and the seller stated" There was not enough incentive in the deal." Discouraging "YES" am I going to quit H*ll NO!! The way I figure it I am 1 for 2 and those odds are not bad. Sometimes after hearing "NO" we want to give up but it is those times when you find out how serious you are about something. I learned a valuable lesson; don't waste your time on unmotivated seller's. Case in point: 1. First home I bought no money down, subject to seller could not afford it had to move, closed the deal and I have a beautiful home of my own. 2.2nd deal. Made offer on home seller owned with no mortgage by investor's/landlords. No need to sell have 2 other properties with no mortgage. No Deal!! Once again to all other newbies let's try and pledge to ourselves and others in the group that we will no longer set ourselves up for failure, but we will meet each new day with confidence knowing what key ingredients make a deal come to life and leaving the rest as just scap on the side. Not trying to offend just needed to vent!!!
