How to Sell 50% and Increase Your Cash
One of the slickest strategies you can use to beef up cash flow is to sell
half your fixed-up property to a passive type investor. Passive investors
are more than happy to acquire nice looking fixed-up - well run income properties
so long as they don't have to get their hands dirty or face a real live tenant.
If you're the fixer type investor like me, this plan is perfect for you. Here's
why.
To start with, you don't need to sell the whole property - only half! You
can increase your cash flow immediately - as much as 400%.
On my blackboard example which I use to teach students at my 3 day seminars,
I show an actual case history of my 6 unit property with only $291 net
income. I show students how I sold 50% to an investor. I increased my
net take-home pay to $1224.83. It's not magic and it's not all that difficult
