One of the obstacles I see a lot of new real estate investors struggling with is the idea you’ll look like an idiot in front of motivated Sellers. You suspect they will know more than you and you’ll look ridiculous. Little did you know..

You’re wrong. Yes… You’re wrong. Read on….

I will guarantee that you’ll know more than the seller 99.99999% of the time. Even if you only have read only two chapters of a real estate investing book, even if you have only read ½ of the archives, even if you have only read 4 of the newsletters, you WILL know more than the Seller.

Rid yourself of the idea that you could be embarrassed when talking with the Sellers. The Sellers have contacted YOU for help… so you don’t have to go prove yourself to them. This is not a display of your talent or knowledge. This is not a job interview or a police interrogation. You’re testifying in court! So get real!!

Simply go meet with the Sellers, give them your presentation and make an offer based on your ability to profit & their needs (not wants).

Yes, it really is that simple. Don’t complicate things by making this process seem harder than it really is. Move forward with your investing by meeting with as many Sellers as you can schedule this week.
